Provides resources and tools that enable severely wounded Veterans and their caregivers to regain their independence and fight for their ability to sustain it through the use of all terrain wheelchairs. The program is open to Veterans of all eras who have undergone a severe loss of mobility from a service connected catastrophic injury or illness
