Requirements 

Offers disabled individuals who were born with or suffered a permanent physical injury new direction and hope through physical, social, and educational interaction with peers and their communitiy. This is a free program for people with physical disabilities such as limb amputation, stroke, SCI, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spinal bifida ect.
