Requirements 

Spinal cord injury survivors with paraplegia and quadriplegia caused by an accident, separate from complications at birth or due to stroke, ALS, Spinal Bifida, with paraplegia, Multiple Sclerosis etc. Grant eligible for wheelchair outdoor ties, wheelchair attachments, vehicle modifications, small home modifications, and anything that helps access the outdoors
