Requirements 

Survivor Adaptive Sports Fund provides funding for adaptive sports equipment along with other things for people with permanent physical disability who are victims of gun violence or acts of terrorism. Warfighters provides funding for any veteran or service member injured pre or post 2001 combat or non-combat related who have a permanent physical disability including amputation, traumatic brain injury, visual impairments, muscle, burn and nerve damage, and SCI.
