AdvenChair is a convertible between a conventional wheelchair and an all-terrain wheelchair. Designed to fit through 32 inch doors in wheelchair mode. It is made of durable, lightweight 6061 T6 tubular aluminum frame rated for a 250lb rider with 27.5 inch plus mountain bike (MTB) wheelsets. Other adaptability includes: The Robert Axle Project 15mm through axles, cushcore inner tire suspension, 27.5” X 2.8” MTB tires with sealant, MTB mechanical brake calipers with rotors, MTB handlebars, MTB direct mount stem, MTB locking brake levers for parking brakes, 20” BMX front wheel with suspension for all-terrain mode, fully adjustable design to suit riders ranging from ≈ 4 feet tall up to 6 feet 6 inches tall. The Padded bucket seat accommodates small children through large adults, S = 13 inches, M = 15 inches, L =17 inches. The seat adjusts forward and backward 6 inches, and the seat's recline angle adjusts from 0° (level with grade) to 16° in 4° increments. It has a multi-position adjustable footrest to adjust pitch angle, length, and footrest tray angle. The Armrests adjust up and down along with adjustable hand grips for the rider. There are brackets on the seat back for attaching a daypack and optional headrest mount. The seat has a waist belt and chest strap. The wheelchair has three nylon webbing towing straps and carabiners with adjustable steering column height to suit driver height

The wheelchair is foldable and can be easily disassembled for transportation

Pros
Designed for people with limited arm and upper body strength, easily converts from three-wheeled all terrain mode to wheelchair mode to help with transfers and can be used indoors for bathroom and other indoor accessibility, accommodates different size seats enabling programs to fit different riders with one chair, 65 lbs with 27.5" wheels making it easy for just one person to push.
Cons
Requires one or more people to push and/or pull rider, no hand rim for manual maneuvering, 65 lbs with front wheel which is difficult to maneuver independently, cushcore tire allowing you to use tire at low pressure, frame is built to be able to be lifted and carried if needed
Maintenance:
Standard bike tools and parts are required for maintenance and repair, local bike shops should be able to handle most repairs and provide cleaning products the same as would be used on a mountain bike
Transfers:
Lift systems are recommended for organizations assisting with transfers depending on the users ability to transfer independently.
